Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager
Compensation: $140K – $160K Base Bonus

Schedule: Full-Time
This role is ideal for a senior-level Civil Engineer with strong experience managing municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through construction. The position focuses heavily on project management, client relationships, technical leadership, and business development within the municipal engineering space.
Key Responsibilities- Manage water and wastewater engineering projects from start to finish
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, technical approaches, and project budgets
- Maintain and grow relationships with municipal clients
- Support business development efforts through networking and client outreach
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders
- Oversee project design and execution while minimizing project risk
- Participate in site visits, field inspections, and client meetings
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License required
- 10–14 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering
- Strong project management and client-facing experience
- Experience with planning, design, and construction services
- Background working with municipal clients
- Experience writing proposals, scopes, and budgets
- Stormwater design experience is a plus
