Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled financial leader to join our team as a Controller. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring the development of team members and providing regular feedback.
• Collaborate with managers to develop and enhance financial reporting tools that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure timely processing of accounts payable, employee expense reports, payroll processing, and compliance with payroll taxes.
• Work with the revenue cycle management team to ensure the efficient and accurate management of accounts receivable, billings, and cash receipts.
