We’ve partnered with a fast-growing SaaS company in the healthcare technology space to hire a Sales Development Manager. This leader will coach, mentor, and drive a team of SDRs to exceed pipeline and revenue goals. The ideal candidate has walked in the SDR’s shoes before and thrives in a high-energy, hands-on coaching environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of SDRs through daily call coaching, scripting, and KPI management.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
Partner with leadership to refine messaging and sales playbooks that convert.
Recruit and onboard SDRs to strengthen the team as the company scales.
What You Bring:
4 years managing SDR or call center teams; must have prior SDR/inside sales experience.
Proven success hitting and exceeding sales targets through coaching and enablement.
Strong CRM and sales tech stack knowledge (Salesforce a plus).
Background in SaaS, healthcare tech, or payments preferred.
