What You’ll Be Doing
• Serve as the subject matter expert on 401(k) plans for clients and participants
• Advise on plan design, compliance, and fiduciary responsibilities
• Present retirement plan offerings to employee groups (virtual and in-person)
• Manage key deadlines (safe harbor notices, eligibility, contributions)
• Partner with advisors and third-party administrators (TPAs)
• Support annual filings and compliance documentation (e.g., 5500 prep)
• Assist with benchmarking and new plan opportunities
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years of experience with 401(k) plans or retirement services
• Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Experience presenting to groups and communicating complex topics clearly
• Background in plan design, administration, or compliance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines
• Series 7 and 66 required
• Certifications (QKA, QKC, CPFA) are a plus
