We’re partnered with a growing commercial waste & recycling company hiring an Outside Sales Rep in Miami. They’ve been pulling reps out of uniform and food distribution companies because the model is simple:
Why reps from uniforms / foodservice win here- You already know territory management route-based sales
- You’ve dealt with contracts, renewals, and upsells
- You’re used to prospecting closing managing accounts
- This is the same motion… just higher earning potential recurring revenue
- Prospect local businesses and grow existing accounts
- Close waste recycling service agreements
- Manage a territory and grow accounts over time
- Track contract expirations and flip competitors’ accounts
- Build a pipeline and consistently hit targets
- 3 years outside B2B sales (uniforms, foodservice, route sales strongly preferred)
- Hunter mindset (you’re not afraid to knock, call, and close)
- Experience with contracts, renewals, or recurring revenue models
- Strong territory discipline
- $50-60kK base uncapped commission
- Most reps hitting $90K–$120K , top performers higher
- Clear path into senior sales / leadership roles
- Stable, recession-resistant industry
