Manager, Inside Sales Development – Payments/Healthcare SaaS

An established and innovative SaaS company is expanding its inside sales organization and seeking a Manager, Inside Sales Development. This role will lead an SDR team responsible for building new business pipeline in the healthcare and payments technology market. We’re looking for a coach-at-heart who loves rolling up their sleeves and leading from the front.
Role Highlights:
Manage SDR team performance, pipeline creation, and daily metrics.
Conduct call reviews, develop scripts, and provide targeted coaching to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with leadership to align SDR activity with revenue goals.
Hire, onboard, and retain sales talent, creating a motivated and accountable culture.
Ideal Profile:
3 years of inside sales leadership; SDR or call center background required.
Comfortable in high-volume outbound sales environments.
SaaS, healthcare, or payments industry experience strongly preferred.
Energetic leader who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented settings.
