The work
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Diagnose and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, and packaging machinery
- Work with PLCs, VFD drives, relays, fuse boxes, and HMIs to resolve faults
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery to restore operational condition
- Maintain maintenance records and work orders using CMMS
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Partner with production and sanitation teams to reduce downtime
Who we're looking for
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, ideally in food or beverage manufacturing
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Proven troubleshooting experience with PLCs, VFDs, relays, and HMIs
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently or on a team
