Inside Sales Specialist - Manufacturing
Lansdale, PA Area | $55K–$70K Bonus Potential Benefits
A growing industrial products company in the Lansdale, PA area is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized business accounts.
This is a strong fit for someone with inside sales, account management, customer service, or B2B sales experience who enjoys building relationships, following up with customers, identifying needs, and driving account growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual customer meetings
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into active customers
• Maintain CRM activity, pipeline notes, forecasts, and account records
• Support upsell, cross-sell, retention, and customer reactivation efforts
• Partner with customer service, marketing, operations, and outside sales teams
• Handle customer questions, objections, and basic issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
• 2 years of inside sales, account management, sales support, or B2B customer-facing experience
• Strong phone, email, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with customers, quotes, orders, accounts, or sales activity
• CRM experience preferred
• Manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, MRO, or technical product experience is a plus
• Comfortable working onsite in the Lansdale, PA area
