Pay: $30.00–$40.00/hour Overtime Full Benefits
Shift: Overnight | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: Four 10.5-hour shifts per week (must be available to work at least one weekend day)
We're looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, packaging equipment, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial controls.
- Repair, rebuild, and install production machinery.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation.
- Follow OSHA, GMP, food safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability.
- 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical training or trade school is a plus.
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- $30.00–$40.00/hour based on experience.
