A healthcare facility in the Western North Dakota region is seeking a Pharmacist to support daily inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations within a highly collaborative care environment.
The role works closely with physicians, nursing staff, and pharmacy technicians to help ensure safe medication practices, strong clinical support, and high-quality patient care across multiple departments.
What You’ll Be Doing• Review and verify physician medication orders
• Dispense medications for inpatient and outpatient care
• Monitor medication therapies, dosing, and drug interactions
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams on patient care plans
• Support sterile compounding and IV admixture activities
• Maintain pharmacy compliance, inventory, and medication safety standards
• Provide patient and staff education regarding medications and therapies
• Pharm.D. required
• Active Pharmacist license
• Clinical or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Sterile compounding familiarity
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient safety focus
