We’ve partnered with one of the nation’s top broker-dealers to identify a Financial Services Recruiter for their brand-new facility in the Greater Phoenix Area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to establish recruiting processes, staff critical positions, and transition into a long-term role with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for financial services roles including operations, compliance, client service, and advisor support.
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and competitor outreach.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting strategies with business needs.
Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
Contribute to developing and refining recruiting workflows for a new facility.
Qualifications:
3 years of recruitment experience (financial services or broker-dealer industry strongly preferred).
Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from intake through onboarding.
Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
