Phoenix, AZ | $35–$42/hour (contract-to-hire)

We’ve partnered with one of the nation’s top broker-dealers to identify a Financial Services Recruiter for their brand-new facility in the Greater Phoenix Area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to establish recruiting processes, staff critical positions, and transition into a long-term role with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for financial services roles including operations, compliance, client service, and advisor support.

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and competitor outreach.

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align recruiting strategies with business needs.

• Screen, interview, and manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely and high-quality hires.

• Contribute to developing and refining recruiting workflows for a new facility.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of recruitment experience (financial services or broker-dealer industry strongly preferred).

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from intake through onboarding.

• Strong sourcing and pipeline management skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
