Onsite Financial Analyst (Healthcare Services)

We’re partnering with a respected, mission-driven healthcare organization in Central New Jersey known for delivering high-quality, community-focused programs and services.
They are seeking a Healthcare Financial Analyst to play a key role in an upcoming ERP implementation and elevate the organization’s financial reporting capabilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 2 years of financial analysis experience in healthcare or service-based environments
- Medicaid/Medicare experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills
- ERP experience (Sage Intacct preferred); SQL a plus, Oracle, Netsuit, etc
- Understanding of healthcare finance or reimbursement models
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
ERP Implementation & Data Management
- Support the rollout of a new ERP system (Sage or Intacct) and ensure seamless, accurate data migration
- Validate data integrity across departments and reporting structures
- Partner with IT, accounting, and operations to align reporting needs with system capabilities
- Build cash flow models, forecasts, and variance analyses aligned with healthcare reimbursement methods
- Conduct ad-hoc analytics to uncover trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Transform large, complex datasets into meaningful insights for leadership
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations and Excel dashboards for executive and board-level meetings
- Convert financial data into actionable visuals and clear narratives for non-financial audiences
- Maintain consistent, timely, and accurate reporting deliverables
- Work with department leaders to gather and reconcile financial data
- Support monthly close cycles and reporting timelines
- Enhance financial transparency and visibility across the organization
