A growing financial institution is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate enterprise-wide projects from initiation through completion. This individual will serve as the central point of contact for project organization, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, risk management, and project execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution- Coordinate internal resources, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution
- Manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved
- Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, and resource plans
- Ensure resource allocation and project feasibility throughout the project lifecycle
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and status reports
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks
- Manage project scope changes, timelines, and budget impacts
- Escalate project concerns and risks to leadership when appropriate
- Ensure project deliverables and operational objectives are achieved
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party providers and project partners
- Initiate and manage vendor RFP processes
- Coordinate communication across all project stakeholders
- Ensure business requirements are properly identified, documented, and tracked
- Maintain regular communication with executive sponsors and leadership teams regarding project status
- Perform ongoing risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project performance
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
- Support project governance processes and procedural improvements
- Assist with updates to project management policies and departmental procedures
- Ensure project initiatives align with applicable banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Support projects involving:
- Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Know Your Customer (KYC)
- Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- Consumer Banking Regulations
- Lending Regulations
- Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
- Privacy Requirements
- UDAAP Guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience managing enterprise-wide projects from planning through implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating vendors and third-party service providers
- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Project management experience within banking, financial services, technology, or enterprise operations environments
- Technical background with understanding of software development, systems implementation, or web technologies
- PMP Certification
