What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations for commercial and multifamily construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and project schedules
- Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with plans and specifications
- Maintain jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
- Lead subcontractor meetings and track project progress
- Coordinate testing, utilities, inspections, and project closeout activities
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and project leadership
- 7 years of construction experience with Superintendent responsibilities
- Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or site development projects
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, inspections, and construction best practices
- Experience reviewing plans, budgets, and project schedules
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work onsite and independently manage project activities
- $70,000 - $110,000 base salary
