CNC Machinist – B Shift

$24–$32/hr 10% Shift Premium
Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM–12:30 AM

We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join a growing precision machining operation producing tight-tolerance components for the aerospace, medical, and commercial industries.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining equipment

• Machine complex, tight-tolerance components

• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments

• Read blueprints and GD&T

• Complete first-piece and in-process inspections

• Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools

• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues

Qualifications

• 3 years of CNC machining experience preferred

• CNC setup and operation experience

• Swiss lathe experience strongly preferred

• Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Tornos, or similar experience is a plus

• Strong blueprint, GD&T, and precision inspection skills

• Aerospace, medical, or other high-precision manufacturing experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$32/hr DOE
