Mohican North Star seeks a compassionate and caring Community Residential Caregiver to join our team. As a member of our residential care team, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a home-like setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and social interaction
- Provide safe and supportive environment for residents, minimizing health and safety risks
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document resident progress and changes in behavior
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Age 18 years or older
- Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
