Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sterile Processing Coordinator located in Utica, NY. The Sterile Processing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the sterilization and decontamination of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Daily tasks include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with sterilization standards, coordinating with surgical teams for timely supply of sterile instruments, and conducting routine quality control checks. The coordinator will also be involved in staff training and maintaining documentation related to sterilization processes.
Qualifications

- Knowledge of compliance standards for sterile processing

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Certification as a Central Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) is a plus
