Core Job Responsibilities
- Prepare food utilizing standardized recipes and safety guidelines in a timely manner
- Ensure all food and/or supplies are ready for service at established times
- Ensure that all food being held for service is within established temperature ranges recording and temps every two hours, items not in proper temp are corrected
- Assure adequate supply of all food items for sale and also an adequate supply of stock, both food and non-food
- Maintain an efficient pace in the café, cashier duties, cleaning and restocking and preparing café for the upcoming meal period
- Perform other duties as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Retail experience, cooking, prep-cook experience or other related fields
