Rate of Pay:
$26.00 per hour
Basic Function:
The Administration Assistant will support the Family Resource Leadership Team to ensure the program is exceeding all program, state and federal regulations set forth through current grant funding. Performs administrative and program support activities. Assist Administrative Staff with mailings, meetings, minutes, etc. Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Creates purchase orders as needed for Family Resources. Data entry and maintain multiple tracking databases. Assists with program special events and training. Assists with the development and submission of program grants. Assists with the purchase, distribution, and inventory of materials. Provide administrative support to managers as needed. Assists with the purchase of equipment and materials. Records monthly statistics. Participate in annual program self-assessment. Obtains and reports program In-Kind. Assist with Special Projects, as needed. Demonstrate commitment to mission, values and policies in the performance of daily duties. Be adaptable to change and Agency growth and perform other duties requested by management team. Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
AA/AAS preferred or a combination of education and work experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality with co-workers, customers, peers and general public. Experience working in Microsoft Office. Proficient in Excel. Highly accurate and organized. Excellent Communication skills. Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the performance of duties, to include all other employees. Willing and able to travel to all CAAP sites, training, home visits, etc. as necessary. Ability to relate to people from varied backgrounds.
