Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges and calipers to assess product specifications.
- Perform visual and measured inspections to detect any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and compliance documentation in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and quality standards.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometer and calipers.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
