The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and an in-depth understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day field operations and manage on-site activities from mobilization through project completion.
· Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
· Enforce adherence to project schedules, budgets, plans, and specifications.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain high-quality workmanship.
· Maintain accurate daily reports, site logs, and project documentation.
· Identify and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or budgets.
· Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to ensure effective communication.
· Oversee site logistics, including equipment, deliveries, and material staging.
· Promote a positive safety culture and proactively address any safety concerns on site.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
· Proven preferred) on commercial or large-scale residential projects.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations (OSHA), and building codes.
· Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
· Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
· Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project) preferred.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $71,070.03 - $85,589.72 per year
