What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Pump Operator position at Mohawk Concrete Pumping, LLC?
No experience operating a concrete pump? No problem! We offer paid training to VALID CDL holders! (Must have 2 years with CDL issued)
- Conduct pre-trip & post-trip inspections daily
- Check fluids
- Inspect tires and brakes
- Inspect truck mounted boom equipment for operational and safety factors
- Adhere to and help enforce all safety requirements
- Evaluate site conditions and establish communication with the superintendent to park / set up the equipment properly
- Wear all safety Personal Protective Equipment when on job site
- Safely operate the boom pump
- Thoroughly clean and grease equipment after completion of each job/day
- Notify supervisor of defects in need of repair
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a current CDL Texas license (2 years with CDL)
- Meet DOT requirements for hearing and seeing
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a physical
