The ideal candidate is technology-oriented and has exceptional customer service skills.
About the Role
The Vehicle Delivery Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a smooth delivery process for our customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding assignments, objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Be expert in all facets of vehicle information and features
- Provide customers with all vehicle information required by manufacturer
- Communicate in's and outs of vehicle to customers
- Assist sales department in sales process
- Ensure all vehicles have fuel, required stickers/buyers guide and are in good condition.
- Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice/addendum
- Ensure inventory is cleaned, presentable, and properly displaying disclaimers and vehicle information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
- Fantastic communication skills with customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with good driving record

- Exceptional customer service skills and technology-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automotive sales or delivery coordination is a plus
