Primary Objective

• Responsible for safely monitoring and producing a quality product to documented standards and adjusting as needed. Perform additional activities as requested by management.
  
  

Major Function And Scope

• Adhere to all departmental safety standards and requirements.
• Monitor product and process to insure quality of product to documented procedures.
• Make required adjustments to maintain quality of product.
• Record and report production numbers including disruptions and rejects.
• Coordinate and execute to published schedule.
• Change and adjust tooling as required.
• Perform required PM.
• Perform required housekeeping.
• Replenish materials as needed to make required product.
  
  

Knowledge And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of manufacturing experience in fast paced work environment.
• 1 years of experience with automated machines.
• 1 years of experience adjusting machine to produce quality product.
  
  

Competencies

• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• This position requires the team member to work with machinery in an environment where there may be, noise from machinery, dust, fumes and variable temperatures.
• Other working conditions may include working long hours and flexible shifts, including holidays.
• Required safety equipment: steel toed shoes, ear plugs, gloves, and safety glasses.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.; bending, squatting, climbing ladders and stairs are required.
