What We’re Looking For
We need a true head painter who can handle volume and maintain OEM-level quality. Someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to produce, and knows how to run a paint department the right way.
Must-Haves
- 5 years as a head painter in a high-volume production shop
- Ability to paint a minimum of 5 vehicles per day with support
- Strong understanding of proper refinishing processes
- Consistent quality — no shortcuts, no ego
- Must be able to handle a heavy workload
- Strong communication & teamwork
- I-CAR certification & paint manufacturer training are a big plus
- Experience with solvent systems (our shop sprays solvent)
