Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Clinical Coordinator based in Bullhead City, AZ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Clinical Coordinator will oversee and coordinate clinical and academic programs, support student success, and ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards. Key responsibilities include organizing and facilitating clinical learning experiences, supervising and evaluating clinical staff and students, maintaining partnerships with clinical sites, and ensuring quality patient care practices. The Clinical Coordinator will also collaborate with other departments to develop and enhance clinical training programs and ensure alignment with industry needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and external clinical partners
- Competence in Patient Care and Critical Care Medicine practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care
- Knowledge and experience in Medicine to support clinical training programs and ensure industry standards are upheld
- Proficiency in Research to enhance the curriculum and contribute to evidence-based clinical practices
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
- Prior experience in higher education, clinical coordination, or training roles is highly advantageous
- Valid and active clinical licensure or certification in a healthcare-related field
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is preferred
