What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Technician position at Mogollon Mechanical?
I am hiring both lead installer and experienced HVAC tech with minimum of 5 yrs experience in residential, commercial with emphasis on medium and low temperature. We offer work vehicles, medical insurance and plenty of full-time work with competitive wages. Relocation assistance available with signed contract.
Location: Show Low, AZ (Relocation assistance provided)
Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including medium- and low-temperature refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations.
- Operate and maintain a company-provided work vehicle professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience required.
- Experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of medium- and low-temperature refrigeration systems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must pass a background check.
- Resume required for consideration.
- Ability to work full-time and independently in the field.
