- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Manager with a strong focus on vertical construction. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing large-scale projects, including mid-rise, high-rise, data centers, or distribution centers.
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful execution of construction projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Utilize programs such as BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS Project for project management and coordination.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including owners, contractors, and team members.
- Negotiate contracts and manage project-related agreements to represent the company's interests.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges.
- Experience: 5-10 years of commercial construction management experience.
- Project Scope: Experience managing medium to large-scale projects ($20M ) (Candidates should specify project values).
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-rounded knowledge of construction disciplines.
