Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities for plant equipment and machinery. Ensures reliable operations through effective planning, supervision, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Implement maintenance and reliability programs (PM, TPM, 5S).
- Train engineers and technicians on maintenance procedures, safety practices, and lockout/tagout.
- Analyze breakdowns and execute corrective and preventive maintenance plans.
- Develop local alternatives for imported spare parts and support vendor development.
- Ensure availability of maintenance parts and assist in equipment upgrades to improve efficiency.
- Manage SAP maintenance activities and promote OSHA safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance teams in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and electrical/mechanical repairs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership skills
- High dependability with a strong focus on safety
- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics (required)
- Experience: 5–10 years in maintenance or related technical roles
- Advanced PLC troubleshooting and industrial networking skills
- Proficiency in HMI/SCADA systems
- Strong knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, and electrical schematics
- Skilled in spreadsheet and word-processing software
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work safely around machinery and electrical systems
