Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physics consultation to attending physicians.
- Design treatment plans for stereotactic programs.
- Perform patient-specific QA.
- Directly supervise all SRS/SBRT simulations and treatments.
- Coordinate with neurosurgeons and radiation oncologists on planning goals for SBRT/SRS/Gamma Knife patients.
- Perform and/or coordinate quality control activities, equipment maintenance, calibration, and regulatory QA.
- Maintain QA standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct QA/testing on Eclipse, Aria, Mosaiq, Varian EDGE linacs, Siemens imaging systems, and Gamma Knife components.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, staff, and patients.
- Deliver routine therapy physics services.

Required / Preferred
- 5 years of clinical radiation therapy physics experience
- ABR/ABMP certification (or completion of ABR Part 2)
- Strong understanding of state, federal, and professional regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
