Job Overview
We are seeking a D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ERP solution architecture for healthcare and life sciences clients. The role focuses on designing scalable D365 F&O solutions, managing integrations, data strategy, and ensuring compliance across multi-region implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end D365 F&O solution architecture across finance, supply chain, and procurement
- Translate business requirements into scalable ERP designs
- Lead discovery workshops and solution design discussions
- Architect integrations with EHR/EMR, HIS, pharmacy, and external systems
- Define data architecture, migration strategy, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with US and India financial, tax, and regulatory standards
- Drive ALM, deployment strategy, and multi-region implementations
- 13–15 years of experience in ERP / D365 F&O / Dynamics AX
- 10 years hands-on experience in D365 F&O implementations
- 3–5 years experience as Solution Architect on large programs
- Strong expertise in finance, procurement, inventory, and project accounting modules
- Experience with multi-country implementations (US / India)
- Strong experience in system integrations (APIs, Azure services, dual-write, DMF)
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain
