What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technology Support Specialist (Onsite) position at MOGEL?
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday–Friday (this is not a remote role)
Compensation: $65,000 - 80,000 base salary (based on experience)
Relocation: Candidates willing to relocate to Arizona are encouraged to apply (please note willingness to relocate on your resume)
About The Role
MOGEL is partnering with a leading professional services firm in the financial and human capital consulting space to hire a Technology Support Specialist to join their internal IT team.
This is a hands-on, onsite IT support role supporting employees across the organization. The position is best suited for an early-career IT professional with foundational technical knowledge and practical exposure to IT support environments who is eager to continue building real-world skills through daily troubleshooting, end-user support, and close collaboration with experienced IT leadership.
The role will be heavily focused on desktop and end-user support initially, including troubleshooting common hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Over time, and based on performance and demonstrated aptitude, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to broader IT initiatives.
This is not a purely academic role. Candidates should be comfortable explaining and applying basic IT concepts (such as the purpose of a firewall, how VPNs function, or how to approach common desktop support issues). Responsibilities
MOGEL and our clients are equal opportunity employers. Employment decisions are based on job-related qualifications and business needs, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.
