Supervisor ERP Systems
Position Highlights:
- The Supervisor ERP Systems leads activities for a team of analysts supporting Lawson, Workday HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, Hyland Onbase, and UKG, and other enterprise applications.
- The team is responsible for application design, development, implementation, and support of the suite of enterprise products and related applications.
- Primary business areas supported include HR, Payroll, Finance, Research Finance, and Supply Chain.
- The Supervisor directs, mentors, and evaluates the ERP Systems team. This position has authority for personnel actions and oversees all day-to-day operations of the group. The Supervisor has frequent direct contact with administrative and management representatives for project management, budget planning, status reporting, analysis for project direction, staff development, systems development, and problem resolution.
- The Supervisor utilizes best practices throughout the project lifecycle to deliver systems/applications that meet business and technical requirements.
- This role is expected to provide expert knowledge of project management methodologies and documentation including project request forms, project plans, status reports, process flow diagrams, functional requirements, SOWs, test plans, and others as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ERP Systems team through projects including upgrades and system enhancements.
- Manage the day-to-day IT operational and production support activities of the ERP Systems team.
- Oversee and supervise team members.
- Provide support to Moffitt leadership to ensure effective vendor management.
- Facilitate positive customer relationships through collaboration and communication.
Credentials and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree – Information Technology or healthcare/business-related discipline (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)**in lieu of a Bachelor's degree:
- OR- Associate's degree with an additional four (4) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 9 years) experience, may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelor's degree.
- -OR- High School Diploma with an additional five (5) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 10 years) experience, may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum five (5) years of system development, implementation, and support experience is required.
- Strong applications development and support experience; business and back-office systems preferred.
- Experience in day-to-day IT operations, production support, and service management methodologies; ITIL preferred.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to learn new skills and technology.

Preferred:
- Master's degree – Information Technology or healthcare/business-related discipline (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).
- Functional and technical experience with the suite of Lawson applications and/or other ERP applications.
- Supervisory experience including hiring, team member appraisals, and coaching.
- Resource management and portfolio management using project and portfolio management tools; Planview preferred.
- Relevant experience in a healthcare IT environment.
- Experience with workflow and process automation.
- Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity practices.
- Demonstrated experience with SDLC.
