The Lead Radiation Therapist has a key responsibility to uphold and implement the highest standards throughout the department. This role will act as a crucial link connecting the Physician, Physics, and Dosimetry teams, and the Therapy staff ensuring seamless coordination for all treatment procedures. The tasks for this role will include maintaining uniformity across different centers and assessing competencies to guarantee departmental standards are consistently met. As the department leader, the Lead Radiation Therapist will set the professional standard for Radiation Therapists and Senior Radiation Therapists to emulate.

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree Radiation Therapy LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Basic Life Support (BLS) American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state of Florida Minimum Experience Required: 5 years of technical excellence working as a Radiation Therapist Minimum Skills/Specialized Training Required: Demonstrated ongoing leadership skills.
Salary Range
$43.92 - $67.04
