Position Highlights
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide individualized, high-quality care to cancer patients and their families in alignment with hospital standards, the ANA Code of Ethics, and regulatory guidelines. Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care for postoperative observation patients requiring overnight hospital stays. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in:
• Pain management and patient comfort
• Patient education to support recovery and self‑care
• Drain care and postoperative monitoring
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Proficiency in admission and discharge processes
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport

Credentials & Qualifications
- Education: BSN with 1 year of relevant experience or ASN with 1 year of relevant experience may be considered.
- Licensure: Current Florida RN license.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS).
