Summary
We are currently seeking an Enterostomal Therapist to join our Wound Care Team:
The WOC (ET) nurse provides acute and rehabilitative care to patients with selected gastrointestinal,
genitourinary, and integumentary systems disorders. This includes direct patient care for abdominal stomas,
wounds, fistulas, drains, pressure ulcers, and continence skin care. The WOC (ET) nurse also plays a pivotal
role as educator and consultant giving guidance to promote optimal patient outcomes for ostomy, wound and
skin issues. Requires flexible hours.
Minimum Education: Bacheolors of Nursing
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Current FL Nursing License and Current BLS. WOCN Certification
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of two years general medical/surgical nursing experience including care of ostomy patients.
Minimum of one year as an Enterostomal Therapist.
