Role Description
Full-time attorney with 3-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, primarily in the areas of Premise Liability, No-Fault first-party PIP, automotive negligence and bodily injury. The attorney will be responsible for preparing and drafting written discovery, conducting legal research, drafting motions, attending court hearings, and other day-to-day tasks associated with the role.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and license with the Michigan State Bar
Experience in insurance defense litigation
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in negotiation and dispute resolution
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work full-time (Remote -hybrid- option available)
