Duties And Responsibilities

- Prepare materials required for activities, such as flyers and schedules
- Facilitate daily activities, including presentations, building events, and travel to and from site visits
- Supervise participants and provide assistance to those needing additional help
- Maintain the cleanliness of conference rooms and office spaces used for activities
- Learn and implement safety protocols to ensure participant protection
- Conduct debriefing sessions after Engineering Week and offer suggestions for future programs
- Communicate with parents and facilitate group discussions

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Be available and willing to travel
- Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Prior experience as an alumnus of Highschool Engineering Week is preferred
- All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
- Moffatt & Nichol uses E-Verify and employment is contingent upon the legal ability to obtain employment in the U.S. and to present the required
