Manages staff and performs functions related to a variety of complex library services within multiple library branch location, including; working with the Library Board of Trustees on various Library Services and projects; developing long and short-range plans, overseeing the library budget; developing and implementing policies and procedures regarding Library Services; and coordinating events for the libraries.
