Position: Student Leadership Sponsor
Summary: Craig Middle School is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, positive, and team oriented candidate to fill an Student Leadership Sponsor position.
Salary: Placement on the Extra Curricular Salary Schedule as determined by previous experience. Stipend starting at $1500.
Requirements: Teach and give students the opportunity to develop and enhance skills that are fundamental to leadership roles. Specific skill-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: planning and managing projects; developing effective working relationships; administering policies and procedures, analyzing; effective listening; facilitating meetings; interpersonal aptitude; leadership; managing staff/performance; monitoring activities; and administration.
Responsibilities: The Head Coach reports to the Athletic Director and is responsible for the following and other duties as assigned.

Work Environment: The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: lifting and transporting of heavy to moderate-heavy objects; and significant finger dexterity to operate a keyboard, mouse, hand, and power tools. Sitting for extended periods of time. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment. Noise level is moderate to loud.
