What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our administrative operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant printing, inserting, and mailing services that support our Home Office and field teams.
- Process, meter, sort, and distribute outgoing and incoming mail and parcels in compliance with U.S. Postal Service regulations
- Prepare envelopes, packages, and materials for mailing, shipping, and external courier pickup
- Operate and maintain print and mail equipment including printers, envelope inserters, folders, cutters, and related machinery
- Complete print-related work orders including folding, collating, stapling, perforating, hole punching, and inserting materials
- Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs when needed
- Maintain accurate records related to postage, shipping, and special mail services
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners

Requirements to Succeed
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Missouri driver’s license and ability to obtain a Class E license
- Ability to read basic instructions, perform routine math, and carefully review work for accuracy
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and operate equipment, including lifting up to 50 pounds (occasionally more with assistance)
- Willingness to work in a production environment with noise, moving mechanical parts, and print equipment
