Responsibilities
- Oversee front of house staff and ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Create a fun and upbeat atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Manage inventory and ordering of front of house supplies
- Stay knowledgeable on all aspects of menu options along with changes, POS systems & other required training courses as needed
- Perform opening and closing side work & additional duties as assigned
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
