Pay & Benefits

• $24.00 – $34.00/hr (based on experience)
• Typical annual earnings: $61,000 – $97,000
• Overtime paid at 1.5× after 40 hours

What You’ll Do

• Perform full CNC machine setups (tooling, offsets, fixturing)
• Machine tool steel components to tight tolerances
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints
• Set speeds, feeds, and tolerances
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
  
  

Qualifications

• CNC or manual machining experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic math skills (algebra or higher)
• High school diploma or GED
  
  

Preferred

• Tool steel experience
• Mazatrol or Fanuc controls
  
  

Schedule

• Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• Typical: 45–50 hours/week
• Overtime required (up to ~56 hours/week)
• Up to 14 mandatory Saturdays/year (12 PM – 6 PM)
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8–10 hour shifts
• Frequent movement (walking, bending, lifting)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
