Guest Check-In Associate — Part-Time / On-Call Washington, DC · Maryland · Northern Virginia We manage short-term rentals across the DMV and are building a small, reliable bench of local associates to meet guests at check-in, hand off access, quickly verify ID, and confirm each unit is guest-ready. What you'll do: Meet guests at scheduled check-ins, walk them in, and hand off keys or digital access. Verify guest ID and document any unit issues with quick photos. Be reachable by phone or text for occasional lockouts or guest questions. Follow a simple check-in checklist and communicate issues promptly. What we're looking for: Reliable and punctual — check-in times can shift with travel. Local to the DMV, with a reliable car and valid driver's license. Warm, presentable, discreet, and comfortable working with people. Comfortable using a smartphone for smart locks, photos, and messaging. Available for some evenings and weekends; Spanish is a plus. Willing to complete a background check before the first assignment. Hospitality, front-desk, or customer-facing experience is helpful. Pay and schedule: $24–$28 per hour. Part-time, on-call W-2 role with paid training. Flexible hours; evenings and weekends are especially valuable. Approved work travel expenses are covered.
