Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the REVEL POS system.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash responsibly.
- Prepare food items in accordance with company recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with cash register operations or POS systems is a plus
- Serve Safe Certified is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic culinary skills or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation guidelines is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
