What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Moe's Southwest Grill?
Team member's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: working a designated position during lunch/dinner rush as assigned by MOD, interacting with customers and demonstrating excellent customer service skills, working as a team with fellow team members, helping refill the make line, complete various cleaning/stocking tasks as assigned by MOD, cooking & properly temping food as needed, ensuring the make line and lobby area stay clean and presentable, answering phone calls, fulfilling online orders and call-in orders.
Day shift team members will complete a list of shift change tasks as assigned by MOD and will have their work checked over before leaving at end of shift. Day shifts range from 10:30 am-5pm.
As of 8/21/26- we are looking to fill a position for 15 hours a week. Must be available weekends
Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency and have the ability to multitask.
