Pay & Benefits

• Base salary starting at approximately $70,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience

What Youll Lead

As General Manager, youll own your restaurants daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance.

• Build your team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members. Set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
• Run great shifts: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Deliver welcoming service: Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and turn feedback into improvements.
• Drive results: Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Grow the business: Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
