What you will do:
- Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a customer for life
- Learn to prepare all in house recipes from scratch
- Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments
- Master the art of slow, smoked, BBQ
- Learn the craft of southern cooking and hospitality
- Work with like minded team to create a fun and exciting work culture
- Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests
- Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Resolve customer complaints

- Ability to understand and follow direction from others.
- Ability to read recipes, absorb processes and replicate food production procedures.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to engage with customers and coworkers.
- Show up clean, on time and ready to work.
- Must have a team mentality.
- Prior experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation & secure housing
- Skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment.
