We are looking for a dependable, experienced leader to join our kitchen team full-time.
Requirements:
- ServSafe Certified
- Previous management experience
- Must be able to cook and work the line
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work with staff in a respectful and professional manner
- Scheduling and team management experience
- Ability to control food cost, labor, and overall kitchen profitability
- Organized, motivated, and dependable
Position Details:
- Full-Time — Approximately 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily back of house operations
- Lead and support kitchen staff
- Create and manage schedules
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory and ordering
- Help drive profitability of the location
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
Pay: $24.66 - $29.70 per hour
