Full-Time Showroom Sales Associate – Plumbing & Hardware (Morristown, NJ)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a full-time showroom sales role. This position involves working directly with customers, assisting with product selections, preparing quotes, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Schedule:
· Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
· Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
· Off Wednesdays and Sundays
Compensation & Benefits:
· Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)
· Performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities:
· Assist walk-in customers with plumbing fixtures and hardware selections
· Work with homeowners, contractors, and designers
· Prepare quotes and process orders
· Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
· Maintain showroom organization and displays
· Follow up on quotes and customer leads
Qualifications:
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Sales, showroom, or industry experience preferred, but not required
· Experience working with contractors or in a related industry is a plus
